Pavel Anisimov

Pavel has 10+ years of experience in Web Application development and is one of the founding UI/UX designers for Issio’s platform. Pavel is also a 13 year veteran and a Civil Affairs Captain in the Army Reserves. His military experience and background range from project lead to a program manager for Civil-Military Cooperation efforts and Nation Assistance.
