Dorian Panariti has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various management and leadership roles. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Financial Manager & Controller for Red Eagle Consulting & Management from 2019 onwards, overseeing financial management, strategic planning, and forecasting for two companies.

Before that, Dorian was the Director of Finance for A Plus Creative Inc. starting in 2018, where they led a high-performing team and developed financial strategies to reduce expenses and manage cashflow. Prior to that, they worked as a Government Reporting - HFM Specialist for FCA US LLC from 2014 to 2016, where they facilitated the preparation of financial statements and supported the implementation of HFM within external reporting.
