Magdalena Mućko-Sørensen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Magdalena'smost recent position is at Issuu, where they hold the role of Senior Customer Support Manager since March 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Tradeshift for several years, starting in 2013. At Tradeshift, they held various roles such as Customer Operations Support Manager, where they managed a team of 6 customer operations engineers and led a reorganization of the team to better handle high load of issues and implementing a triage strategy. Magdalena also served as Manager, EMEA Support where they managed a team of 13 agents, handled team performance, recruitment, coaching, training, and both customer relation management and new client onboarding. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Integration Engineer and Team Lead, providing 2nd to 3rd support and acting as the primary contact for customers during CEST working hours. Magdalena also worked as a Technical Integration Engineer, using their knowledge about the platform to help customers and suppliers with integration to the Tradeshift platform, handling support issues and bug handling.

Before joining Tradeshift, Magdalena worked at IBM Denmark as a Customer Support Assistant from 2008 to 2011, providing 1st level support for eBusiness projects and working with internal IBM systems and Lotus Notes. Magdalena also worked at Regula sp. z o.o. as a trainee in 2006 and at Regionalne Sieci Telekomunikacyjne "ELNET" S.A. as a trainee in 2005, where they managed customers' database and maintained telecommunications infrastructure.

Magdalena Mućko-Sørensen completed their education history with two Master of Science degrees in the field of telecommunications. From 2002 to 2008, they attended the University of Technology and Life Sciences (UTP) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. During this time, they specialized in Electronics and Telecommunications, focusing on protocols and network technologies. Following that, they enrolled at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications, with a specific emphasis on protocols and network technologies.
