Maria Midholt

Maria Midholt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria currently holds the position of Head of HR at IST Group since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People & Culture Leader at IKEA from January 2021 to November 2022. Maria also served as an HR Business Partner at IKEA Älmhult AB / IKEA Museum from April 2018 to November 2022.

From 2004 to 2007, Maria Midholt attended Linnaeus University, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen degree in the field of study of Personal och arbetsliv.
