Jens Busse

Jens Busse, LL.M., CVA has a strong background in corporate finance and M&A. Jens began their career as a Consultant at ConPAIR Corporate Finance GmbH in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Jens then joined K+S Aktiengesellschaft as a Manager of Corporate Development / M&A from June 2009 to January 2014. Most recently, Jens served as the Head of Corporate M&A at ista starting in May 2015 and held the role of Manager Corporate Finance / M&A from February 2014 to April 2015.

Jens Busse, LL.M., CVA has a diverse education history. Jens started their academic journey in 2000 at Fachhochschule Worms, where they earned a degree in European Business Management in 2005. During this time, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Kingston University in 2002-2003, focusing on Business Administration.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Jens pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions at Universität Münster from 2006 to 2008. This program provided him with an in-depth understanding of legal strategies and principles related to mergers and acquisitions.

Later on, in 2012-2013, Jens attended the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and successfully earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). This certification enhanced their expertise in valuation, allowing him to analyze and determine the financial worth of various assets.

Jens Busse's educational background demonstrates a well-rounded foundation in both business management and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, complemented by their specialized certification in valuation analysis.
