Guilherme Lopes

Guilherme Lopes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Guilherme is currently the Executive Director at the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), a non-profit organization that provides networking and educational opportunities for aviation professionals. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Global Relations & Development at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., where they played a key role in cultivating knowledge and information on internal auditing. Guilherme also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at IIA Brasil, a non-profit association with approximately 5,000 members, where they successfully oversaw operations and business activities. Additionally, Guilherme has entrepreneurial experience as a Partner in their own business. Early in their career, they interned at Sony in the Broadcast & Business Solutions department. Guilherme Lopes holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Guilherme then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from FIA Business School from 2012 to 2014. Guilherme further expanded their education by earning a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Harvard Extension School between 2016 and 2018, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
