Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Sherrill Law Offices, PLLC from January 2002 to May 2014. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, awarded from 1989 to 1993.
