Currently serving as the Head of People & Capability at Isthmus Group Ltd since September 2022, Suzanne previously held the position of People + Culture Director at Holmes Consulting (NZ) from July 2018 to July 2022, where also worked as an HR Consultant. Prior to that, Suzanne operated as a self-employed HR & Change Specialist from April 2017 to December 2018 and briefly served as HR Business Support Lead at Hamilton City Council from January 2018 to July 2018. Suzanne's career in HR began at Competenz, where the role of HR Manager was held from August 2010 to March 2017.
