Celerino Villapando is an experienced engineer with a background in mechanical engineering, holding a bachelor's degree from the Philippines, obtained between 1998 and 2002. Currently employed at Isuzu Motors Ltd. as an engineer since March 2014, Celerino serves as a design engineer. Additionally, Celerino briefly worked as a product engineer at Adient from October 2019 to May 2020, a project that was ultimately halted due to the impact of COVID-19.
