Lauren Westbrook

Lauren Westbrook is an experienced engineer with a strong background in automotive engineering and vehicle dynamics. Currently serving as Engineer I at Isuzu North America since August 2014, Lauren previously held key positions at Sooner Offroad Racing and the Sooner Racing Team, where leadership in suspension design and vehicle dynamics was demonstrated. Significant achievements include the design of a new independent rear suspension and extensive mechanical analysis to optimize vehicle weight. Additional expertise includes analysis of vehicle characteristics, incorporation of carbon fiber components, and advanced simulation techniques using various engineering software. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
