Amber Terrasas has had a diverse and extensive career in the professional world. Amber began their career in 2005 as a Paralegal/Office Manager at Rob Perry Law Office. In 2010, they joined the City of Albuquerque as a Technology Applications Specialist, Support Staff Coordinator/Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager/Executive Assistant/Support Staff Coordinator- Mayor's Office, and Executive Assistant to the City Attorney. In 2017, they became the Chief Administrative Officer at FreeRange and the COO at FreeRange Financial. In 2018, they became a Consultant at Terrasas LLC and in 2019 they became a Project Manager at iSystems Group.

Amber Terrasas obtained their Associate Degree of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Central New Mexico Community College between 2006 and 2008. Amber then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Technology & Training from The University of New Mexico between 2009 and 2012. In 2014, they completed their Master of Arts in Organization, Information and Learning Sciences from The University of New Mexico, also in the field of Technology & Training. In addition, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2017 and their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of New Mexico in December 2013.
