Akhil Verma has been with IT BY DESIGN since March 2011, currently holding the position of VP | Global Service Delivery & Operations. Prior to this, Akhil worked at Dell as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from November 2007 to February 2011. Akhil has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lyallpur Khalsa College. Akhil has over 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows OS networked technology, with expertise in areas such as Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for customers.
