Bill Ward

Bill Ward is an IT Cadre Director leading delivery teams as they solve big problems for clients. He has over 35 years of experience employing structured problem solving and his understanding of group dynamics to tease out root causes and help teams and organizations overcome obstacles to improve their operations.

Bill is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds Master's degrees in Management from Webster University, Military Arts and Sciences from the Army Command and General Staff College, and Strategic Studies from Air University. He is PMP® certified.
