Amanda Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of eCommerce at L'Oréal since January 2020, Amanda has held various roles in the company, including Manager of Digital Services within the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence for the Luxury Division. Prior to this, Amanda has worked at IT Cosmetics as a Customer Service Team Lead and a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included resolving customer escalations, scheduling, and performance analysis. Amanda also has entrepreneurial experience as a Business Owner of Home Base Family Daycare and has contributed as a Research Assistant at the Computational Cognitive Development Lab at Rutgers University. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Montclair State University and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Rutgers University.
