Grace Ilagan Beltran is a seasoned sales and training executive with extensive experience in the cosmetics retail industry. Currently part of the Midwest team at IT Cosmetics since May 2016, Grace has contributed to achieving the top sales region for two consecutive years, consistently realizing over 15% growth year-over-year. Previously, as a Retail Manager at Philosophy from March 2010 to May 2016, Grace maintained an average increase of 5% in sales compared to the previous year and successfully exceeded seasonal launch goals by 15%.
