Kristyl Newell serves as the Director of Global Product Development at IT Cosmetics since October 2023, leading new product innovations and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches. With extensive experience in the beauty industry, Kristyl previously held roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Global Education Manager and at L'Oréal as Manager of Lancome Education, focusing on training, market strategies, and product education. Kristyl also has a background as a freelance makeup and hair artist and has contributed to public relations efforts during an internship at Lancôme. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a license in cosmetology from Paul Mitchell the School Schenectady.
