VeeraReddy Sabadi has extensive experience in the field of technical recruitment. VeeraReddy began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Sierra Consulting, Inc. in June 2018, where they successfully recruited candidates through various strategies and negotiated terms with clients. VeeraReddy then moved on to Avance Consulting in October 2019, where they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on high-end IT positions. Here, they demonstrated their skills in understanding, screening, sourcing, and interviewing candidates. In April 2020, VeeraReddy joined IT IDEOLOGY as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract negotiations. In March 2022, they were promoted to the role of Technical Lead at the same company. Throughout their career, VeeraReddy has gained expertise in working with various types of positions and candidates, including US citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B consultants.

VeeraReddy Sabadi completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, and Political Science at Kakatiya University. They also attended Sri Chaitanya College of Education, where they obtained an Intermediate degree with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Before college, VeeraReddy Sabadi studied at Zilla Parishad High School and completed their Matriculation.
