Scarlett Barnes

Scarlett Barnes is currently the Operations Manager at In Practise. Prior to this role, Scarlett held the position of Category Buying Manager & Deputy Head at it luggage. In their previous role, Scarlett was responsible for deputising for the Head of Buying, attending trade fairs in China, and managing and motivating the team to deliver daily activities. Scarlett was also instrumental in developing internal processes and operational efficiencies while ensuring adherence to company procedures and negotiating preferred commercial terms. Scarlett attended Richard Hale Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014.
