Ana Margarida Bugalho

Ana Margarida Bugalho has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ana Margarida started their career as a Psychologist Trainee at Hospital de Santa Maria in 2011 and later worked as a Human Resources Manager at Decisões e Soluções Portugal in 2012. In 2013, they became a Volunteer Psychologist at Hospital de Santa Maria, a role they held until 2016. After that, they joined SIBS Processos as a Health professional from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Ana Margarida Bugalho joined IT People Innovation, where they started as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at SIBS FPS and worked until 2021. Later, they transitioned to a Talent Acquisition role until the present, and currently holds the position of Business Manager at IT People Innovation.

Ana Margarida Bugalho completed their education in the field of Psychology at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa. Ana Margarida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2010 and later pursued a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, and Psychotherapy from 2010 to 2012.
