Tatiana Pereira Casas Fernandes has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and human resources. Tatiana started their career in 2009 as a Researcher at Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting, where they worked on Executive Search/Head Hunting projects. After that, they joined Boyden in 2010 as a Researcher, continuing their work in Executive Search/Head Hunting projects within the Neves de Almeida Group. In 2013, they joined Experis as a Recruiting & Sourcing Consultant, specializing in Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Legal areas. Tatiana then moved to Smart Consulting - Delivering IT in 2015, working as a Manager until 2016. Currently, they work at IT People Innovation, starting as a Manager in 2016 and currently serving as the Business Unit Director.
