Matthew Sommerfeldt

Matthew Sommerfeldt has over 35 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 2012-present, they have been the Director of Infrastructure at IT Risk Managers LLC, responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure. From 2009-2012, they were an Independent Consultant at Meyers & Flowers, where they designed, installed, and provided technical support for the infrastructure of network systems for a premier Chicago-area law firm. From 2008-2009, they were a Subcontract Technician at Steiner Electric. From 2007-2008, they were a Mass Notification Specialist and Manager at VANGUARD SALES OF EVANSVILLE, INC., where they consulted and trained customers on new products, created a new division providing sales and services of mass notification systems, and supervised and directed staff and outside contractors. From 2001-2007, they were the Founder and President of Sommerfeldt Specialty Services Inc., where they generated revenues up to $500,000 of mass notification services and worked on Homeland Security projects alongside emergency government. Finally, from 1985-2001, they were a Journeyman/Engineer Sales Representative at Academy Electric, Inc.

Matthew Sommerfeldt attended Liberty University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Psychology.
