Andrew Reiprich has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Andrew started their career at SYKES in 2016, where they initially worked as a Customer Care Professional, providing basic technical assistance to customers and ensuring their experience was exceptional. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support and outstanding customer service to end-users. This role required excellent written and verbal communication skills, an intermediate understanding of networking, security, troubleshooting, and operating systems. Andrew also had to create detailed case documentation for each customer call. In 2019, Andrew was promoted to the position of a Senior Technical Specialist/Subject Matter Expert at SYKES, where they continued to provide technical support and expertise. In 2020, Andrew joined IT Solutions Consulting as a Client Success Specialist, responsible for ensuring the success of clients. Andrew was later promoted to the role of a Client Success Manager in 2021, and currently holds the position of Service Delivery Manager.
Andrew Reiprich attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2013, where they studied Nuclear Medical Technology/Technologist.
