Volodymyr Strashko

Volodymyr Strashko is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in human resources and education. As the Chief Executive Officer at STEP IT Academy since August 2022, Volodymyr oversees Unicorn School and EdMAPS. Simultaneously, Volodymyr serves as Co-Founder of HR You, providing consulting and training services. The consultancy firm Strashko Management, founded in 2017, focuses on personnel management and strategic training for top executives. Previously, Volodymyr held the position of Deputy Director at the Ukrainian School of Governance, leading professional training for high-level public servants from March 2020 to August 2022. Between 2015 and 2017, Volodymyr served as CEO of FinFort CIS, responsible for telecommunication operations in the CIS region. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Economics from Donetsk National University.
