Mallika Jade

Mallika Jade is an accomplished professional currently serving as Vice President and Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting since August 2023. Mallika's experience includes roles such as IgniteXL Extern focusing on VC Deal Sourcing, Civic Engagement Intern at Asian Texans for Justice, and Recruitment Director at Cathartic. Additionally, Mallika has contributed as a Consultant for Cerrando el ciclo and RISE Consulting, and as a PRYSHM Project Researcher/Advisor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mallika's previous involvement includes fellowships with the National Partnership for New Americans and Leadership Initiatives, alongside contributions to Village Book Builders in marketing and acquisitions.
