Scott Willette

Scott Willette, Ph.D. has a strong background in the field of operations research and analysis. Scott is currently working as the Vice President of ITA Data Solutions at ITA International, where they focus on sustaining and growing the market area by collaborating with other department heads and driving the understanding of complex mathematical concepts. Prior to this, Scott served as the Director of Program and Resource Analysis at Innovative Decisions International and Goldbelt Glacier Health Services. Scott has also held various senior analyst and leadership roles at Marine Corps Systems Command, Kalman and Company, and Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron 18. Throughout their career, Scott has received recognition for their superior performance and has led multiple teams in operational planning and analysis.

Scott Willette, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Management from Walden University (2008-2014). Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Systems Analysis/Financial Management from Naval Postgraduate School (2002-2003) and a BA in Political Science from Oregon State University (1996-1998). Scott has also earned several certifications, including Certified Management Accountant from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants, and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications in Business-Cost Estimating, Business-Financial Management, and Program Management from Defense Acquisition University.
