Alexandra Aldrich has worked in the technology field since 1995. Alexandra began their career as a Tech Support at TIAC and then moved to BBN/GTE Internetworking as a Network Change & Event Manager in 1997. In 1999, they became a Project Manager - VPN Solutions at Genuity, Inc. and then moved to Robert Half Technology as a Contract Support in 2004. In 2006, they accepted a role as a Backline Tech Support at Monster and then moved to ITA Software in 2007 as an Incident Manager.

Alexandra Aldrich began their education in 1964 at The Collective, where they obtained their Sage degree in Life, the Universe & Everything. From 1978 to 1982, they attended Saint Ann's School, completing their high school education. From 1982 to 1985, they attended Oberlin College, but did not obtain a degree. In 2002, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in UNIX / C++ from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
