Jennifer Lucas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at ITAB Group since October 2024, Jennifer previously held significant roles at Fosroc, including Global HR/Head of Talent Acquisition and Regional HR Manager for Asia Pacific. Jennifer's expertise spans strategic HR leadership, recruitment strategies, and leadership development programs, with a proven track record in enhancing organizational effectiveness. Prior roles include Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Johnson Controls and Regional Recruitment and Talent Manager for Weatherford in the Middle East and North Africa.
