Tobias Allén

Tobias Allén has extensive experience in software engineering, primarily focused on embedded systems. Tobias'smost recent role was as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at ITAB Group, where they led a team responsible for applications and a generic hardware/software platform. Before that, they ran their own consulting company, Mainbit AB, where they provided software development services to clients. Tobias also worked as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Husqvarna Group, responsible for a generic software platform supporting handheld battery products. Prior to that, they worked at Saab as a Software Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer, specializing in embedded systems and fiber optic technology. Tobias also worked at Kongsberg Automotive as a Software Engineer, primarily in the Shift By Wire systems. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineering Contractor at Cybercom, where they worked on various software development assignments. Tobias also had roles at Combitech AB, including a bachelor thesis and a short-term software engineer position.

Tobias Allén completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering - Embedded Systems from Jönköping University from 2010 to 2013. Tobias also earned the certification of Automotive Functional Safety Professional (ISO26262) from SGS in January 2017 and obtained the Requirements Engineering - REQB CPRE Foundation Level certification from SQEB in 2015.
