Vehicle Safety Project Leader at Italdesign

Gianluca Bartoletta has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of vehicle safety and engineering. Gianluca started their career at Altair Engineering in 2001 as a CAE analyst and worked there until 2004. Then, they joined Mecalog-Eurosim as a Team Leader in CAE from 2004 to 2007. After that, they worked at Elasis as a Crash - Safety Responsible from 2007 to 2010. Bartoletta then joined Fiat Spa where they held the position of Quadro. Crashworthiness - Performance Engineering - Occupant Safety from 2010 to 2011. Currently, they are working at Italdesign. Gianluca started as the Side O.S. and restraint system function leader from April 2011 to November 2016, then became a CAE Project Leader from November 2016 to October 2018. Currently, they serve as the Vehicle Safety Project Leader.

Gianluca Bartoletta completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Plants, from Politecnico di Torino. Gianluca attended the university from 1990 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their classical high school diploma, known as Maturità classica, from Liceo Classico F. Fiorentino between 1984 and 1989.
