ADAS Development Engineer at Italdesign

Johanna Huber has a range of work experience in the automotive industry. Johanna currently works at Italdesign as an ADAS Development Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Bentley Motors Ltd as a Technical Manager for Complex Problem Solving Interior Zone. In this role, they led a cross-functional team to solve interior assembly issues, including containment, root cause analysis, and solution development. Johanna also designed and evaluated prototypes to validate solutions. Before that, Johanna worked at AUDI AG in various roles. Johanna served as a Pre-production Analyst for Automotive Interior Components, where they supervised the development of interior components and collaborated with different departments to resolve issues efficiently. Johanna also mentored trainees and evaluated their work. Additionally, Johanna completed a Degree Apprenticeship Programme at AUDI AG, which included full apprenticeship as an Automation Mechatronics Engineer and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science Ingolstadt. Throughout their apprenticeship, they completed internships in various departments at AUDI AG, gaining experience in areas such as Localization, Technology Development Assembly, Ergonomy Concept Development, and Driver Assistance Systems Architecture Development.

Johanna Huber completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Elektro- und Informationstechnik from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt between 2012 and 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, which they completed from 2017 to 2021.
