Laura Carbone

Laura Carbone has a diverse work experience in the field of CAE analysis and research. Laura started their career as a PHD student at Politecnico di Torino in 2012, where they focused on studying the mechanical behavior of dermal tissue and conducting crash analysis simulations for vehicle safety. After completing their PHD in mid-2012, they joined Centro Ricerche FIAT - Politecnico di Torino as a researcher. In 2014, Laura moved to Pharos Technologies s.r.l. as a CAE Analyst, where they worked until 2017. Laura then joined Altair as a CAE Application Engineer, where they worked until mid-2018. Currently, Laura is working as a CAE Analyst for Italdesign.

Laura Carbone obtained their Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Biomechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. Laura pursued their education at this institution from 2005 to 2011.
