Luca Potenza has a diverse work experience in various companies. Luca is currently working as a Powertrain Integration and Chassis Team Leader at Italdesign since November 2022. Prior to this, Luca worked as a Soccer Referee at Associazione Italiana Arbitri (AIA-FIGC) starting from May 2020. From February 2019 to October 2022, they held multiple roles at Danisi Engineering S.r.l., including Prototype Responsible and R&D Project Engineer. Before that, Luca worked as a Technical Project Manager at CECOMP s.p.a. from October 2017 to September 2019. Luca also gained experience as a Student Researcher at CNR Istituto Motori from June 2016 to June 2017.

Luca Potenza pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Luca first completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from 2009 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree from 2014 to 2017 in the same field at the same institution. In 2015, Luca also attended a management course at SDA Bocconi.
