Passive Safety Performance Engineer at Italdesign

Paola Milan has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent role as a Passive Safety Performance Engineer at Italdesign, which they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amaris as a Restraint Systems Performance Engineer from June 2019 to February 2023. Before entering the automotive industry, they worked as a Risk Advisory Analyst at Deloitte Italia from December 2017 to May 2019. Paola also gained experience as a Master Thesis Student at Olympiastützpunkt Freiburg-Schwarzwald in 2017, where they focused on markerless motion capture for cross-country sitski analysis. Paola Milan obtained an Engineering Licence from Politecnico di Torino in the year 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Innovation Strategy and Digital Transformation from 24ORE Business School, completing it between the years 2018 and 2019. Paola also holds a Master of Science (M.sc.) in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they received between 2015 and 2017. Before their master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Politecnico di Torino, graduating with a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Biomedica in the year 2015.

Additionally, Paola Milan has obtained several certifications. Paola has been granted the "Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di Ingegnere Industriale - Sezione A" by the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Torino in October 2020. Paola has also completed the "ACTIVE LANGUAGE LEARNING (DUBLIN - SUMMER COURSE)" and "ACTIVE LANGUAGE LEARNING (DUBLIN - SUMMER COURSES)" with levels B2 and C1, respectively. Furthermore, they have obtained the "CERTIFICAZIONE ECDL (EUROPEAN COMPUTER DRIVING LICENCE)" provided by ECDL/ICDL Certification.
