Italgas SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the utilities industry. The Company is a natural gas distribution operator. It operates through its subsidiaries, such as Italgas Reti SpA, Acam Gas and Napoletanagas, as well affiliates, including Toscana Energia, Metano Sant'Angelo Lodigiano and Umbria Distribuzione Gas. Italgas SpA carries out its natural gas distribution activity through an integrated infrastructure system, mainly proprietary, made up of distribution networks, off-take stations, pressure reduction systems and points of redelivery. It classifies the sections of the distribution network according to the pressure class at which they operate: main supply, medium pressure and low pressure.
