Mehdi Cherradi is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently working at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since February 2020, Mehdi has notably contributed to events such as the gala dinner for the Devour Film Festival, creating plated desserts for 250 guests. In addition to ongoing work at Italian Centre Shop since November 2008, Mehdi has prior experience as a pastry chef at Patisserie Amoud from August 2003 to August 2005. Education includes a degree in Management of Food and Beverage Operations from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, a Journeyman Red Seal Baker qualification from Apprenticeship and Industry Training, and a diploma as a Technician Specialist in Baking from l'institut hotelier des Technologies Appliqués. Further studies in Food and Beverage Management were completed at NorQuest College.
