Alessandra Pederzoli

Alessandra Pederzoli is a Senior Partner at Studio Pederzoli Modena since January 2010, where consultancy services in taxation and corporate matters, as well as oversight and auditing activities for both private and public companies, are provided. Currently serving as the Presidente Collegio Sindacale di Società Quotata MTA at Italian Exhibition Group Spa and as Revisore Legale dei Conti for Geovest Srl, Alessandra is also an effective auditor at Sanfelice 1893 Banca Popolare. As a Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, courses in public finance and taxation are taught. With an MBA from SDA Bocconi and various other qualifications in taxation and corporate governance, Alessandra also holds a publicist journalist title with the Ordine Giornalisti di Roma.
