Italian Home for Children
Italian Home for Children offers its help to children ages 4-14 in our residential and day treatment programs and through our educational services. These children may have learning disabilities or emotional, behavioral and mental health concerns brought on by trauma in their home, school or community. Unfortunately, many children and families are faced with overcoming these situations alone, but with help from Italian Home, these issues are oftentimes resolved. Italian Home for Children provides these boys and girls with the best education, care and treatment so they can thrive at home or in their community. With individualized therapies and around-the-clock nurturing, we help them rebuild their lives - emotionally and academically. In addition, we also pave the way for a healthy and safe reintegration back into their schools, families and communities by giving them the tools to cope with their traumatic situations. The programs and services administered by Italian Home are the last and only link between these children and the lives they so desperately wish to live.
