Adriano Costantini

Adriano Costantini has a solid work experience history in the chemical industry. Adriano currently holds the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Italmatch Chemicals since May 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior VP & General Manager for Europe Primary Resources Sector & Industrial Platforms at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company from April 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP & General Manager for Europe Heavy & Mining Industries at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company from January 2017 to April 2020.

Adriano also held the position of Country Manager & Managing Director at Ecolab from January 2018 to April 2020. Before that, they served as the VP Sales for South Europe, Middle East & Africa at Ecolab from July 2008 to December 2016. Adriano started their career at Ciba as the Business Manager for IWM Europe from July 2006 to June 2008.

Adriano's early experience includes a long tenure at Nalco, where they worked as the Regional Manager for Southeast Europe from June 1995 to June 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a successful track record in various roles within the chemical industry.

Adriano Costantini has a diverse educational background. In 1987, they completed a five-year Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, which they obtained in 1998. In 2008, Adriano enrolled in two different institutions simultaneously. Adriano studied Marketing at both SDA Bocconi and Esade, earning their Master's degree in the same year. Recently, in 2021, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program where they focused on executive leadership through the Leading Global Business program.
