Courtney Anderson

Courtney Anderson has a diverse range of work experience. Courtney currently works as a Process Engineer at Italmatch Chemicals since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Process Engineer at Innovative Chemical Technologies from 2019 to 2022, where they developed cleanout procedures and analyzed production processes. Courtney also worked at The University of Alabama in Huntsville as a Grader for CHE 344 Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics and as an Undergraduate Researcher, where they synthesized catalysts and analyzed reactions using gas chromatography. Furthermore, they had two internships at Innovative Chemical Technologies in 2018 and 2017, where they designed distribution systems, updated equipment databases, and created facility maps. Before their internships, Courtney worked as a Desk Assistant and Resident Assistant at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2016.

Courtney Anderson received their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In August 2019, they also obtained a certification in 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health from the University of South Florida OSHA Training Institute Education Center.
