Victoria Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victoria is currently working as a Senior Business Operations Planner AWS/O&G at Italmatch Chemicals since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Aubin Group as a Senior Supply Chain Manager from 2015 to 2023 and as a Supply Chain Manager from 2015 to 2022.

Before joining Aubin Group, Victoria worked at Clariant in different roles. Victoria started as a QC Chemist in 2008 and worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were a QHS&E Technical Assistant responsible for material classification and waste coordination. Victoria then served as a Production Coordinator from 2010 to 2011, handling commercial administration duties and reporting to the Operations Manager. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Supply Chain Manager, where their responsibilities included sourcing, negotiation, and contract set up for various products.

Victoria's career journey started at NHS Grampian in 2003, where they worked as a Bank Auxiliary Nurse. During their time there, they provided diverse aspects of care and support to patients across different disciplines.
