Xuemin Li

Xuemin Li has a strong background in business development and sales in the chemical industry. Xuemin started their career as an R&D engineer at the Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry in 1996. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Sales & Technical Engineer at SNF, responsible for marketing and technical support of water-treatment and paper chemicals in East China. During their time at SNF, they significantly increased market share, reaching 35% in China. In 2002, they joined GE Infrastructure as an Account Manager, where they consolidated business relationships with key customers and managed a sales team. In 2003, they became an Area Manager at Nalco Chemical Company, a position they held until 2010. In 2010, Xuemin Li became a BD & Sales Manager at Italmatch Chemicals Spa/Dequest, focusing on market development and distributor network establishment for organic phosphonates products in the water treatment and detergent industry in Great China.

Xuemin Li pursued a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1993. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1996, Xuemin Li attended Zhejiang University where they obtained a Master's degree in Chemical engineering.
