Felipe Andrés Sierralta Herreros has a strong background in HR and people analytics. Felipe Andrés is currently working as the People Analytics Lead at Itaú Chile since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HR Tech & People Analytics Manager at Transbank from June 2021 to March 2023. Felipe Andrés Sierralta Herreros holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Andres Bello, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Felipe Andrés also pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Personas y Organizaciones from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2015 to 2016. In 2018, Felipe received a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from the same university.
