Juan Pablo Hormazábal Figueroa

Juan Pablo Hormazábal Figueroa began their work experience in 2011 as a Candidato a doctor en Sistemas de Ingeniería at Universidad de Chile. Juan Pablo also served as a Profesor Auxiliar de Logística y Producción from 2012 to 2014, and as a Profesor Auxiliar de Introducción a la Minería de Datos in 2013. In 2013, they worked for Movix as a Freelance, where they designed classification methods for customer detection. From 2014 to 2016, Juan Pablo worked as an Analista Financiero at BBVA and concurrently served as a Profesor de Business Intelligence at e-class. In 2016, they joined Consorcio as an Ingeniero de Estudios. Later on, in 2017, Juan Pablo joined Itaú Chile as an Analista Senior CRM, responsible for retail segment campaigns and utilizing SQL Server, SSIS, SAS, RapidMiner, R, and Python. Juan Pablo is currently working at Itaú Chile as the Team Lead CoE CRM.

Juan Pablo Hormazábal Figueroa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Talca from 2006 to 2012. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a PhD (c) in Engineering Systems with a focus on Operations Research at Universidad de Chile.
