Danilo Lira Freitas

Danilo Lira Freitas possesses over a decade of experience in information technology governance, primarily at Itaú Unibanco, where Danilo currently serves as Líder de Governança de TI, overseeing a team of 15 responsible for Change Management and Release Management processes. Previous roles at Itaú include Product Owner for the CMDB module and Senior Governance Analyst, with a strong emphasis on ITIL best practices and cross-functional team leadership. Danilo also has teaching experience at the Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza and has held financial analysis and systems development positions at Telefonica and Hewlett-Packard.
