Alejandro Carabba

Alejandro Carabba has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alejandro started their career in 2007 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant and later as a Junior Analyst. In 2009, they joined Continente Siete as a Business Analyst.

In 2010, Alejandro joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate. Alejandro progressed through various roles, including Senior Associate, Consultant, and Project Leader. During their time at BCG, they took a leave of absence to pursue a Full Time MBA.

In 2013, Alejandro worked as a Strategy Intern at Orange. Alejandro later joined Mercado Libre in 2018 as a Customer Experience Director. Alejandro continued to advance within the company, becoming a Customer Experience Senior Director in 2020 and ultimately assuming the role of Customer Experience Vice President in 2022.

In addition to their corporate roles, Alejandro also worked as a Teaching Assistant at ITBA Escuela de Innovación starting in 2021 and as a Summer Intern at Tecpetrol, Techint Group in 2007.

Throughout their career, Alejandro has gained extensive experience in customer experience, strategy, consulting, and teaching.

Alejandro Carabba completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics from London Business School between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Alejandro has pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Business Dynamics from MIT Sloan School of Management, and in 2021, they completed a certification in Design Thinking from Stanford University.
