Juan Martín Pampliega

Juan Martín Pampliega has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and technology. Juan Martín is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MUTT DATA, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Data Architect at MUTT DATA from September 2018 to May 2022, where they were responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining Big Data Infrastructures and ETLs for various clients. Juan Martín also participated in the development of projects related to Machine Learning and set up infrastructure on different platforms such as AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud, and On Premise.

Between 2013 and 2018, Juan Martín worked as an Assistant Professor at ITBA, where they taught Big Data Tools and provided a comprehensive introduction to various technologies. Juan Martín also worked as a Specialist at Digital House Argentina from July 2018 to December 2020.

Juan Martín has also gained experience in different roles at other organizations. Juan Martín was a Big Data Tech Lead at Jampp from March 2015 to September 2018, where they evaluated and proposed improvements to the data infrastructure and implemented various Big Data Tools. At Socialmetrix, they were a Senior Data Engineer from March 2014 to March 2015, where they implemented solutions using different Big Data processing frameworks and collaborated with the DevOps team. Juan Martín also worked as a Data Engineer at Despegar.com from March 2013 to March 2014, where they developed and managed data pipelines using Hadoop, Hive, and Oozie.

Prior to these roles, Juan Martín was a Senior Java Developer at Globant from February 2012 to February 2013 and a Software Engineer at Google from February 2012 to February 2013. Juan Martín also worked as an SOA/BPM Consultant at Ataway from March 2011 to February 2012 and as a Web Applications Developer at Ingematica from September 2010 to April 2011.
