Magdalena Fitzgerald

Magdalena Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Magdalena currently holds a position as a Professor at Universidad Torcuato di Tella, which they started in July 2022. Magdalena was previously a Center Director at CEA Study Abroad starting from October 2018, and a Professor at ITBA from February 2018. Magdalena also had a role in marketing and communication at MASH UP from July 2017 to August 2023. Magdalena served as the General Manager at La Baguala Hotel de Campo & Chacras in Montevideo, Uruguay from August 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, Magdalena worked at Sofitel Buenos Aires Arroyo, first as the Director of Marketing and Communication from May 2012 to September 2015, and then as a Marketing & Communication Coordinator from February 2009 to May 2012. Magdalena began their career at Sofitel Buenos Aires Arroyo as a Sales & Marketing Assistant from January 2008 to February 2009, and later as a Front Office Supervisor from August 2006 to January 2008. Additionally, Magdalena had a Cross Training role at Sofitel The Grand Amsterdam in April 2007. Magdalena started their career as an Assistant Manager at SADE from 1997 to 2000.

Magdalena Fitzgerald obtained their first degree in 1999 from Universidad del Salvador, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Administration. Magdalena then pursued an MBA at Universidad de Palermo from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Marketing and Operational Management. Additionally, in 2020, they completed a diploma program in EdTech at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
