Patricia Hartvig

Patricia Hartvig has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patricia began their career as a Receptionist at Widex Argentina SA in 2001 and later worked as an Administrative Assistant at Prefectura Naval Argentina. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of HR Generalist at AEDIN, where they gained general knowledge of HR topics and assisted in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Patricia then moved on to Tarshop S.A., where they held two roles. As an HR Payroll Analyst, they managed the generation of company payroll and ensured compliance with government reporting requirements. Patricia later became a Labor Relations Analyst, providing operational support and advice on HR matters, preparing disciplinary actions, and addressing complex queries.

In 2015, Patricia joined Thomson Reuters, where they served as an HR Business Solutions professional, supporting global, regional, and local HR initiatives. Patricia Hartvig has a diverse education history. Patricia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations from the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora from 2004 to 2012. In 2015, they completed the BEC Vantage: Business English Certificate program at the Cambridge Institute, focusing on language skills. In 2018, Patricia pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, specializing in education.
