Gretchen Holloway

Gretchen Holloway's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Gretchen started their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen in July 1996 and worked there until November 1999. Gretchen then joined CMS Energy as an Associate Analyst from November 1999 to January 2004. In January 2004, they joined ITC Holdings Corp. as a Senior Financial Analyst and later served as Manager FP&A and Director of Corporate Development. Gretchen was eventually promoted to Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President and Interim CFO, and finally became the Chief Financial Officer in July 2017. In their roles at ITC Holdings Corp., they were responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and the initial public offering of the company.

Gretchen Holloway holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.
