James P. Laurito

Jim Laurito has extensive experience in the energy industry and corporate governance. James P. (Jim) is currently serving as the Corporate Director at Bowman Consulting, where they also chair the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, they hold the position of Corporate Director at ITC Holdings Corp., where they are a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Jim is also an Operating Partner at Energy Impact Partners, a corporate venture capital group focused on advancing sustainable energy technologies. James P. (Jim) serves as a Corporate Director at Anesi Gas Heat Pumps (SMTI), a leading developer of high-efficiency heat pump technologies. Jim also holds the position of Industrial Advisor at EQT Group.

In their previous roles, Jim worked as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Technology Officer at Fortis Inc., and as President and CEO at Central Hudson, New York State Electric & Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, and The Southern Connecticut Gas Company.

Jim Laurito attended West Virginia University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. James P. (Jim) later pursued executive programs at Columbia University from 1995 to 1996, focusing on Finance and Manufacturing Management.
